Our Booking Terms

A booking deposit of £200 ($250) will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 ($175) refundable security deposit will also be due to be paid with the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The Security Deposit will be returned 21 days after the completion of your holiday as long as any key(s) are returned and no damage or loss is reported by our Management Company. Stays for less than 5 days incur a cleaning charge of £50/$75. Discounts available for bookings over 3 weeks. Please contact us for details.
